Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Are you stickers water proof?
Yes! Our stickers are glossy laminated vinyl and is also scratch proof. It can be used on water tumblers.

 2. What are your payment options?
You can pay via:
   - BDO 
   - GCash
We do not have COD option, sorry :(

3. What courier do you use?
We currently use Gogo Express.
For shipping out provincial orders not covered by GoGo Express, we use Abest Express

4. What are your shipping rates?
90 for Metro Manila
170 for Provincial
*Shipping rates as of November 30, 2023 (This includes price of packaging materials and price increase from our courier)
*Shipping rate for sticker order only
* Shipping rate for mug and tote bag order will depend on order quantity 
(Please take note that some provincial areas not covered by Abest Express will require additional fees because it will be forwarded to LBC)

5. How long does it take for the items to be delivered after payment?
We ship out orders twice a week. Our schedule is every Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order has been shipped out, it will take 1 to 2 days for it to be delivered for Metro Manila orders and 3 to 4 days for provincial orders.

 

6. Do you ship internationally?
We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online.

7. Where can I send my proof of payment/deposit slip?
